TOUR HIGHLIGHTS

TOUR ITINERARY
- 07:00: Departure from the starting point at the parking lot behind the main entrance of the Alexander Nevski Cathedral, in front of “la Cathedrale” restaurant.
- 09:30: Arrival in the town of Kazanlak. A tour through the rose fields, where you’ll have an excellent opportunity for some great photos.
- 11:00: Arrival at the Ethnographic Complex “Damascena”, where you will learn more about the production and use of the rose oil.
- 12:30: Some free time for lunch. The guide will be with the group the entire time.
- 13:30: A visit to the Thracian tomb, a UNESCO world heritage site, dating back from the 4th century BC.
- 14:30: A guided visit to the beautiful Russian style church of the Nativity and if time allows to the Shipka peak for great panoramic views.
- 16:00: Taking on a route between the Balkan and Sredna Gora Mountain heading to Koprvishtitsa – small town showcasing the Bulgarian Renaissance architecture in a perfect picture sceneries.
- 17:00: Arrival at Koprivshtitsa and a short tour of the town.
- 19:30: Arrival at the starting point at Aleksander Nevski Cathedral.

- Wear comfortable shoes suitable to walk on cobbled streets
- Especially in summer bring a sun hat, sun lotion and sunglasses
- The tour is not suitable for disabled people
